Brooklyn Beckham 'lands festival photographer job'

Brooklyn Beckham is rumoured to be one of the official photographers for Britain's V Festival.

The oldest son of David and Victoria Beckham is a keen snapper, and was even appointed as Burberry’s photographer for the brand's Brit fragrance campaign earlier this year (16).

Now bosses at V Festival, which runs across two different sites in England over the 20 and 21 August, have apparently enlisted the 17-year-old thanks to his photographic skills.

“Organisers have been so impressed with Brooklyn’s Instagram shots they decided to give him a call,” a source told Britain’s Metro newspaper.

“They want to put him down in the pit in front of the main stage so he can get close to Rihanna and (Justin) Bieber and give the world his own take on their performances.”

Justin and Rihanna are the weekend’s headliners, with support coming in the form of Sia, Rita Ora and David Guetta.

When Brooklyn, who dates Hollywood actress Chloe Grace Moretz, landed the Burberry gig in January many people slammed the decision, calling his appointment “sheer nepotism” thanks to his famous folks.

Brooklyn hasn’t let the criticism get him down though, and is hoping to study photography in America once he finishes his education in Britain.

Proud dad David has said: “He actually loves photography. That is one of his passions. I have always said to my children, as long as they have a passion for something, we will encourage it.”

Brooklyn’s latest Instagram shots include arty black and white stills of a lake and a bowl of blueberries with yoghurt, as well as countless snaps of him and Chloe.
