Bradley Cooper replaces Jude Law in Jane Got a Gun

Bradley Cooper has stepped in to replace Jude Law in Natalie Portman's upcoming Western movie Jane Got A Gun.

Less than three weeks after Law dropped out of the cast, The Hollywood Reporter has announced that the Silver Linings Playbook star has taken over as the movie's villain.

Law bowed out after director Lynne Ramsey quit over creative differences. Warrior filmmaker Gavin O'Connor has been drafted in to take charge of the project, which is now in production in New Mexico.

Cooper is currently shooting David O. Russell's next movie and is expected to film his parts in Jane Got A Gun at a later date.

Portman will star as a woman forced to defend her farm after her outlaw husband is seriously injured in a shoot-out.
