Bobby Brown: 'Bobbi Kristina Brown is awake'

BOBBY BROWN's daughter BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN is finally on the road to recovery - the singer has told fans the 22 year old is "awake" over two months after she was placed in a medically induced coma following a near-drowning incident.

The aspiring actress has been comatose since she was found unresponsive and face down in a bathtub at her home in Roswell, Georgia at the end of January (15).

Conflicting reports surrounding Bobbi Kristina's condition have been circulating since her hospitalization, and Brown has now offered hope his daughter is present.

In a video obtained by TMZ.com, Brown tells a crowd at a concert in Texas on Saturday (18Apr15), "I can say today that Bobbi is awake. She's watching me."

Brown has not elaborated on his comments.
