Blac Chyna to seek restraining order against Rob Kardashian
Blac Chyna's lawyer is seeking a restraining order against the model's ex, Rob Kardashian, after he posted sexually explicit images of her on Instagram and Twitter.
Kardashian posted the images on Wednesday (05Jul17) during an explosive social media rant against his former fiancee, who is the mother of his baby daughter Dream.
Top celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom has revealed she will be seeking an order against Rob on Monday (10Jul17).
"I represent Blac Chyna (and) I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we’ll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him," Bloom announced via Twitter on Friday (07Jul17), revealing Chyna and Rob have been separated for months and accusing him of cyberbullying her client.
"Rob needs to back off," she tells TMZ.
But Kardashian has more to worry about - California lawmakers passed a law in 2013 penalizing "non-consensual pornography" and Rob could now find himself behind bars, according to the Los Angeles Times.
In a series of Instagram posts on Wednesday, Kardashian claimed Chyna had sent him the explicit images, before deleting them from his social media accounts.
Earlier this week, another attorney for Chyna, Walter Mosley, revealed his client was looking into legal routes she can take in response to Rob's posts, which may have broken the state of California's "revenge porn" laws. The laws make it illegal "to post explicit photos of someone in order to exact revenge or cause distress".
During his online rant against his ex, he accused Chyna of cheating on him while he was paying all her bills and revealed she had surgery to regain her pre-pregnancy figure after giving birth to Dream. She accused him of beating her during their relationship.
The row began after Chyna sent her ex a photo of another man kissing her as part of a post on America's Independence Day (04Jul17) holiday.
