Blac Chyna sued over paparazzi photos

Model and reality TV star Blac Chyna is facing legal action for allegedly posting paparazzi photos of herself online without paying for their use.

Rob Kardashian's ex-fiancee is accused of reposting images of herself that were taken by photographers at the Backgrid agency in September and October and using one of the pictures to promote a fashion brand.

"When your @fashionnova jeans go perfect with any fit," she wrote in the caption. "Shop @fashionnova for the hottest styles!"

According to TheBlast.com, Backgrid bosses claim they own the rights to the pictures and didn't license them to Chyna, real name Angela White. They are seeking $150,000 per infringement, plus damages.

This isn't the only lawsuit Chyna has been hit with from photo agency bosses - the video vixen has also been accused of reposting an image of herself and her son King, and another of her then-fiance Rob Kardashian and the five-year-old, from a December, 2016 set taken by a snapper working for FameFlynet.

Photo agency bosses are demanding Chyna hand over all profits made from posting the images online.
