Beyonce shares photo of first sonogram

Beyonce has thrilled fans by showing off a photo of her baby daughter's first sonogram.

In a new teaser for her upcoming HBO documentary, Life Is But A Dream, the Single Ladies hitmaker talks candidly about her pregnancy and reveals an ultrasound picture of her then-unborn child Blue Ivy, who is now one.

A makeup-free Beyonce says, "I just had a feeling that something was going on (in my belly). This is crazy."

The Grammy winner also opens up the anxiety she suffered while hiding her baby bump from the media so she and husband Jay-Z could make the announcement at the MTV Video Music Awards in August, 2011.

She adds, "They (my stylists) keep putting me in these tight clothes and trying to hide it. It's very difficult. I don't know how I'm going to get through this."
