Beyonce meets Boston Marathon bombing survivors at show

Beyonce took time off from preparations for her concert in Boston, Massachusetts on Tuesday (23Jul13) to meet three women who were caught up in the city's terrorist attack in April (13).

Mery Daniel, 31, Adrianne Haslet, 32, and Heather Abbott, 38, were near the finishing line of the annual Boston Marathon when two pressure cookers filled with explosives blew up, killing three people and leaving another 264 injured.

Each of the women lost limbs in the attack, and after reading their stories in the press, the Crazy in Love superstar invited them backstage to meet her at her gig at Boston's TD Garden venue.

The trio posed for a snap with the superstar before heading back to their seats to enjoy the show.
