Ben Affleck in early stages of relationship with TV producer - report

Ben Affleck is reportedly in the "early stages" of dating television producer Lindsay Shookus.

The 45-year-old actor split from wife Jennifer Garner in June 2015, and filed for divorce from the actress, the mother of his three children, in April (17).

Now E! News have reported that Ben has moved on from the breakdown of his marriage by starting a fledgling romance with industry star Lindsay, most famous for her work on U.S. variety show Saturday Night Live.

"They are in the early stages (of their relationship). It's more than a summer fling," a source told the outlet. "They are having fun and care for each other. It's early and they are taking it slow."

Ben and Lindsay are said to have met up in London recently, where they enjoyed an evening out to see Sam Mendes' play Ferryman as well as a number of other dates. They have also apparently been seen meeting up in Los Angeles.

News of Ben's alleged new romance comes after he jetted off to the Bahamas with Jennifer and their children for a family break.

The Live by Night actor was on hand to watch his children enjoy the exotic vacation, much of which, says a source, was at Baker’s Bay in Great Guana Cay - the same location the family escaped to in 2015, when Jennifer and Ben first revealed they had split.

“It was a great opportunity to keep the norm going for the kids,” a source close to Ben reportedly told Us Weekly. “Jen will always do whatever it takes to provide the best arrangements for them that she can.”

However, while the vacation sparked rumors the pair could be getting back together, the former couple are reportedly not planning to reunite.
