Bella Thorne creates coming-of-age gown collection

Bella Thorne is turning fashion designer to create elaborate dresses for Latina girls celebrating a coming-of-age tradition.
The Shake It Up singer/actress, whose late father was Cuban, has come up with ideas for glamorous gowns for quinceanera, a Latin American milestone which marks a girl's 15th birthday.
She says, "It has been a dream of mine to design dresses, and I
felt like I was reliving the magic of my quinceanera all over
again."
Disney star Thorne has co-designed the collection with Sherri Hill,
the woman behind her own quinceanera outfit.
The 20-piece range will retail for between $400 and $900, while a
portion of the profits will go to The Third Project, a charity
which helps to provide impoverished communities with clean water
sources.
