Avril Lavigne making plans for Christmas album
Avril Lavigne is planning to bounce back from her recent health woes by recording a Christmas album.
The pop star has been fighting Lyme disease for much of this year (15), but now she's working towards a new release in the festive holiday.
The 30-year-old Complicated singer says, "I've always wanted to
make a Christmas album, but I've never had the time. But now it's
like, 'You know what, just do it!'
"That's something I really want to do, so that's going to be next
for me."
Lavigne recently told People magazine she was bedridden for five
months as she battled Lyme disease.
She said, "I felt like I couldn't breathe, I couldn't talk and I
couldn't move. I thought I was dying. There were definitely times I
couldn't shower for a full week because I could barely stand."
