Anna Camp was sick with nerves before appearing nude with Daniel Radcliffe

Pitch Perfect star Anna Camp almost vomited before starring naked alongside Daniel Radcliffe in Broadway show Equus.

ritish actor Daniel shed his innocent Harry Potter image when he took on the role Alan Strang, a young man who has a pathological religious fascination with horses, in the London stage version in 2007. Daniel moved with the play when it transferred to Broadway a year later, with actress Anna co-starring.

The play has become known for its nudity, and Anna admits the thought of being butt naked on stage scared the hell out of her prior to her debut.

“You’re completely nude in front of thousands of people, eight shows a week,” she shuddered to Britain’s Metro newspaper.

“The first time I had to do that, I almost threw up on the way to rehearsal.”

After getting over her initial nerves, Anna labelled the experience “liberating”.

Anna is currently starring opposite Daniel’s real life girlfriend Erin Darke ‘60s-set drama Good Girls Revolt.

Following his star turn in Equus, Daniel went on to strip for movies Kill Your Darlings, Horns and The F Word, which left the 27-year-old worried people would think he was an "exhibitionist".

“I think there was a discussion about possible nudity for one scene (in TV series A Young Doctor’s Notebook) and I think my comment was, 'I got naked in three films last year, please can I not?' At some point, everyone's going to start assuming I'm an exhibitionist,” he previously laughed.

“We don't (get naked) in this series, much to everyone's disappointment,” he added about his co-star Jon Hamm.
