Amber Heard spending time with Elon Musk - report

Actress Amber Heard has found a shoulder to cry on in billionaire Elon Musk amid her divorce from Johnny Depp.

The Magic Mike XXL star filed to end her 15-month marriage to Depp in May (16), and subsequently accused the actor of domestic abuse.

Their divorce proceedings are still ongoing, but as the former couple works out a settlement deal, Amber has reportedly been spending an increasing amount of time with Tesla Motors inventor Musk, according to TMZ.com.

Sources tell the publication the blonde beauty has known the business tycoon for years, but has been enjoying more of his company of late, including having an intimate dinner at his Los Angeles home earlier this month (Jul16).

Amber and her sister Whitney have also reportedly been enjoying his hospitality in Miami, Florida, where they allegedly stayed at his hotel bungalow last weekend (16-17Jul16).

However, insiders claim Amber, 30, and Elon, 45, are not officially "dating" just yet, but they have grown closer in recent weeks.

The news emerges two days after Johnny Depp was granted a court request to keep the details of his divorce from Amber under wraps. The 53-year-old had been refusing to share his financial information with his estranged wife's lawyers until she signed a confidentiality agreement to prevent his earnings from becoming public.

Meanwhile, Elon is also newly single, after his actress wife Talulah Riley filed for divorce to end their relationship once more in March (16).

They called time on their first marriage in 2012 after only 18 months as husband and wife, and then tied the knot again in July, 2013. Musk filed for divorce on New Year's Eve in 2014, but they both moved to have the motion dismissed last August (15), only for Inception star Riley to lodge new court papers in March (16).
