Amanda Bynes returns to fashion school - report
Actress Amanda Bynes has re-enrolled at a fashion design school in California after she was kicked out last year (14), according to a report.
The Hairspray star joined the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Orange County in 2013, but she was reportedly expelled last year for cutting classes.
She was hospitalised and detained on an involuntary psychiatric
hold in October, 2014 due to her erratic behaviour, just weeks
after an arrest for driving under the influence of drugs. She
remained in hospital for almost three weeks, and her parents were
granted control of her finances.
Amanda left the public eye and quit her social media accounts, but
returned earlier this year (15) appearing happy and healthy.
She previously said on Twitter.com that she had considered
transferring to other universities last year (14), but the former
child actress is now giving FIDM another go.
She began taking sketch classes for a fashion design course last
week (ends11Oct15), according to TMZ.com, and reportedly has a
security guard with her on campus.
Amanda was not prosecuted for the DUI arrest.
