Alex Pettyfer dating model Marloes Horst

Birthday boy Alex Pettyfer has double the reason to celebrate after embarking on a new romance with model Marloes Horst.

The couple, which met through mutual friends, headed to Disneyland in California last weekend (05Apr14) to mark the Magic Mike star turning 24 this week (begs07Apr14) and it seems the blonde beauty is smitten.

A representative for Horst tells Eonline.com, "Marloes and Alex have been together seriously for a few weeks now. They are very much a couple. They are really happy."

Pettyfer celebrated his birthday again on Wednesday (09Apr14) with a party at Los Angeles' Skybar, where the actor's pals, including singer Joe Jonas and his girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler, raised a toast to the birthday boy.

He later shared a video on Instagram.com of himself being thrown into a pool at midnight as he officially turned a year older on Thursday (10Apr14).

The accompanying caption read: "12 .... My birthday .... 24 here we go!!!!! #fight #birthday #friends."

Pettyfer previously dated his movie co-stars Emma Roberts, Dianna Agron and Elvis Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough, who he was reportedly engaged to in 2012.
