Actress Abigail Breslin has reached out to fellow former child star Chloe Grace Moretz after learning her grandmother is sick.
Moretz posted a tweet about her ailing gran on Saturday (23Mar13), alerting Twitter.com followers that she was traveling home to visit her family's elderly matriarch.
She wrote, "She's very sick please send... your love and prayers to
her to heal her and give her a peace of mind."
Among the fans and friends who offered their support, Little Miss
Sunshine star Breslin tweeted: "Thinking of you, sending prayers
and positivity!"
