After winning the trophy for First Place in the twist competition, Mia decides to celebrate with a little snort of some cocaine. Only she didn’t know she was actually snorting heroin, not cocaine, immediately causing her to overdose. When Vincent finds her, he freaks out because his mob boss's girlfriend, whom he was supposed to be looking after, just died from snorting his heroin. He then gets a needle full of adrenaline and plunges it directly into Mia's heart, instantly waking her up and saving her life. She springs to life and says “something”, making her an iconic queen.
