No matter how many times we stop Skynet, no matter how many John and Sarah Connors we cast, no matter how many times Arnie tells us he’ll be back, it seems that Judgment Day is just as resilient as the Terminator itself, as it shows no signs of ever being able to be stopped.

That's right, people, the franchise is back with a new film (ignoring T-3 and beyond) to act as a sequel to T2: Judgement Day, hoping to jumpstart a new trilogy. Looking to succeed where both Terminator Salvation and Terminator: Genysis failed, Dark Fate has enlisted Deadpool director Tim Miller to do something that hasn’t been done since the early-'90s: make aTerminator film everyone loves. But assisting him in this epic cinematic endeavor is the man behind the best movies in the series. James Cameron is back to the franchise that put him on the map, and he has brought with him some familiar faces. But it's not just a reunion, as there are some significant new individuals entering the fold in the battle for humanity’s survival and future.

The 6th installment in the action-packed, cyborg-happy sci-fi series of motion pictures looks like the most promising reboot attempt so far. But after so many iterations in the Terminator legacy, it's understandable if people may be a bit hazy on what is going on in the latest attempt to save the franchise. In order to properly get audiences acquainted with the sequel’s leading players, Paramount has unveiled new details surrounding its Terminator flick with exclusive featurettes. Fans are re-introduced to Sarah Connor, the T-800, and get to meet the Rev-9, Grace, and Dani just in time to get everyone ready for Dark Fate’s release!
