In my humble opinion, Nina Dobrev absolutely won Halloween this year thanks to two incredible looks. In addition to perfecting the enigma that is Billie Eilish, Nina also transformed herself into the French YouTuber that crashed the runway at the Chanel fashion show during Paris Fashion Week. The look was perfected with the plaid skirt set, a black top hat, and a Gigi Hadid dragging her off the runway. As Billie Eilish, Nina donned green hair, black acrylics, and even the black tears to match. These two looks alone are enough to make Nina the official winner of celebrity Halloween.
