With Taylor Swift’s recent cameo in the film Amsterdam, and Taylor herself teasing an intense mash-up of all the music videos she shot for her new album Midnights, Swifties of all ages are being treated to the best of Taylor's acting skills in addition to her already well-known singing and songwriting skills.

Swift might only appear in Amsterdam for a small amount of time, but trust that any appearance she makes on-screen will be known and hyped up by her loyal fans around the globe. In fact, many die-hard Swifties could probably list off for you all of her acting credits just from memory alone.

Taylor Swift is not necessarily known for her acting, but she has made her way into quite a few television and film roles that remain legendary amongst the Swiftie community. Let's break them down!

1. Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009)

Swift made a sweet cameo as herself in the 2009 Disney Channel movie Hannah Montana: The Movie.

2. "CSI" (2009)

Swift took us by surprise when she guest starred on the television show "CSI" in 2009 playing the murder victim Haley Jones in Season 9, Episode 16, “Turn, Turn, Turn”.

3. Valentine’s Day (2010)

Perhaps one of her most beloved roles is that of Felicia in Valentine’s Day. Swift stars alongside Taylor Lautner in her film debut (and would eventually date her co-star after filming the movie).

4. The Lorax (2012)

Swifties got to hear Taylor’s vocals in a whole new way as she made her voice-acting debut in The Lorax. Taylor voiced the character of Audrey.

5. "New Girl" (2013)

Swift made her way into the quirky comedy "New Girl" with a small cameo as Elaine in the Season 2 finale episode, "Elaine’s Big Day".

6. The Giver (2014)

Taylor Swift brings back her iconic "mean girl from 'You Belong With Me'" hair in her role as Rosemary in The Giver. However, Swift takes on a sweeter persona as the Giver’s daughter.

7. Cats (2019)

For better or for worse, Swift’s biggest cinematic role to date came with her portrayal of Bombalurina in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical Cats.

8. Amsterdam (2022)

Finally, Taylor Swift makes her most recent film appearance as Liz Meekins in Amsterdam, alongside Christian Bale and John David Washington
