3 Reasons to Mark Your Calendars for “The Hunger Games: The Exhibition”!

Calling all Hunger Games fans! Katniss Everdeen and Panem will be coming to New York City this Summer!

Lionsgate and Imagine Exhibitions are partnering up to launch a Hunger Games exhibition starting on July 1 at Discovery Times Square! Already have summer plans? Don’t fret, because the showcase will last through January 3, 2016. Just hearing the news should be motivation enough to go, but in case you need a little bit more of a push, I’ve come up with a quick list of why you should mark your calendars for this event!

This is the closest you’ll ever get to Panem.

Basically what I’m saying is that this is a one-of-a-kind experience, and probably once-in-a-lifetime too. Also, die-hard fans will get to discover never-before-seen content, so why would you ever want to miss that? It’s like you’re a VIP! Oh, and it’s going on a global tour afterward, so if you don’t live in NYC, you’ll get your chance eventually!

It will be interactive with galleries and more!

Fans will get to view costumes and props, interactive high-tech displays, and set recreations. The seven galleries showcased will be District 12, Tribute Train, The Capitol, Making the Games, District 13, Fan Gallery, and Katniss’s Journey (uh, awesome!!!). Also, Katniss’s Girl on Fire dress, Mockingjay dress, and Mockingjay armor will be put on display!

Individual tickets are only $22.50.

Yes, you read that right. That is the starting price for this amazing opportunity, and they will go on sale April 21! If you’re dying to get somewhat of a headstart on this, a pre-registration window will become available on February 24! If you pre-register, you’ll not only get to buy tickets before the general public, but you will receive exclusive updates and be automatically entered into a sweepstakes to attend the exhibition premiere!

I rest my case.

So, did I convince you?! Sound off in the comments below!
