Tyga renting mansion near Kim Kardashian and Kanye West - report
Rapper Tyga is reportedly moving into a mansion in Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Bel-Air neighborhood in California.
The Rack City star is leasing a 12,800 square foot mansion one street away from Kim and Kanye's property for $46,500 per month, according to TMZ.com. The expensive rental boasts features including an elevator, pool, gourmet kitchen and fire pit.
Tyga has a history of legal issues with previous landlords over
allegedly failing to pay his rent. He has been sued a number of
times from owners of his rented properties over his payments.
Most recently, in March (16), the rapper was hit with a lawsuit
from the landlord of his Egypt Last Kings Clothing retail space.
The unnamed landlord claimed the site was abandoned and left in a
state when he visited in June, 2015 and and wanted $75,000 to
repair the damage, plus five months' rent.
Kim and Kanye reportedly moved out of her mother Kris Jenner's
Calabasas home and into their Bel-Air mansion in March (16),
although they had bought it in 2013. The property underwent
extensive renovations and the remodelling was completed in
November, 2015.
However, during this time, they bought another place in the Hidden
Hills neighborhood for $20 million in 2014 and will be moving there
once renovations on that have finished, TMZ.com report.
Tyga, who has been dating Kim's half-sister Kylie Jenner on and off
for two years, is reportedly back with the reality star after a
short split in May (16). They sparked rumors they had reunited last
week (ends26Jun16) when Tyga posted an image of Kylie in his bed on
Instagram with the caption, "They always come back..."
They have since been spotted together on several occasions,
including the Los Angeles premiere of Kanye's music video Famous,
when they arrived and left together.
Kylie also shared photo booth pictures showing her planting a kiss
on his cheek, and on Snapchat on Wednesday (29Jun16), she
apparently referenced to him as "my husband" while she was looking
at Egyptian-style fake nails. Tyga is a fan of Egyptian culture and
designs, and even named his three-year-old son with Blac Chyna King
Cairo.
