Tom Sizemore allegedly attacked in his own home

Los Angeles police have arrested a man who allegedly assaulted actor Tom Sizemore in his apartment on Thursday night (14Mar13) and took off with guitars belonging to the Saving Private Ryan star.

Reports suggest the unnamed man was the jealous boyfriend of a woman who was with the actor in his South Main Street home at the time.

A police source tells the Los Angeles Times that Sizemore and the woman were threatened with a fake gun and the actor was attacked and locked in a bathroom as the thief made off with his property.

The suspect was quickly apprehended and booked on suspicion of assault. Sizemore's guitars were recovered.
