Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston board private jet after date night - report

Taylor Swift boarded a private jet in Rhode Island with new love Tom Hiddleston on Thursday (16Jun16).

News of the couple emerged after pictures of the Bad Blood singer kissing the Thor star on a Rhode Island beach were published in a British newspaper. The singer split from former boyfriend superstar DJ Calvin Harris a few weeks ago.

In pictures obtained by the MailOnline Taylor and British actor Tom, who is hotly tipped to become the next James Bond, were seen arriving at an airport in Rhode Island to board a private jet together.

Taylor, 26, wore a a grey mini skirt, loose black T-shirt and black sandals, while new beau Tom looked casual in black jeans, navy blue T-shirt, dark jacket and grey suede boots as he arrived in a separate vehicle. It's unknown where the pair are headed, but they appear to be inseparable since going public with their fledgling romance.

The new couple have allegedly been spending time together at Taylor's $17 million Rhode Island home, and on Wednesday evening were spotted enjoying a romantic date night at a local restaurant.

According to editors at Us Weekly Taylor and Tom reportedly enjoyed a long, romantic date at the Olympia Tea Room.

“Tom and Taylor were in the back left booth drinking white wine,” a source told the publication. “They were very cute, a lot of laughing, giggling, as she showed him texts and photos on her phone.”

The pair were reportedly holding hands, and enjoyed the restaurant’s famous Avondale Swan pastry with whipped cream and fudge noted the eyewitness.

Taylor and Calvin split up after a 15 month relationship. Following the photos of the singer with Tom surfacing online, Calvin deleted all traces of his ex from his Instagram and unfollowed her account.

"The timing of this looks very bad for Taylor. There was an obvious connection with Tom at the Met Gala – you can see that in the video of them dancing together," a source told British newspaper The Sun. "Her people are insistent that no one else was involved in the split with Calvin, which is most likely the case. But it feels pretty disrespectful to be moving on to someone so public so quickly."
