Sophie Monk calls police after intruder freaks her out

Model and actress Sophie Monk called police to her New South Wales home in Australia early on Thursday morning (28Aug14) after she spotted an intruder.

Reports suggest her call for help was made at 4am local time and Monk later took to Twitter.com to tell fans she was "freaked" by the incident.

Ironically, the drama took place two days after Monk’s alleged cyber stalker, James McCabe, made his third appearance in a Tasmanian court.

The 30 year old allegedly sent Monk a series of offensive, sexually explicit messages that included threats of harm aimed at her family and friends.

McCabe has pleaded not guilty and was bailed on condition he doesn't contact or harass Monk.
