Sarah Hyland's alleged breast grabber had red carpet run-in with Bullock

The man accused of groping actress Sarah Hyland's breasts at a party in Sydney, Australia recently was caught on camera inappropriately touching Sandra Bullock last year (13).

The Modern Family star was posing with fans at a party at The Sebel Pier One in Sydney on Tuesday (18Feb14), when a man identified as Nedal Lakmas allegedly grabbed her breast.

The 23 year old abruptly left the venue after the incident and later took to Twitter.com to reveal what had happened, writing, "Sorry to all the fans outside the qantas event that I didn't get to say hi to but I had to leave due to an inappropriate touch of a fan."

Police officials have since confirmed the man was arrested and now it has emerged he reached out and touched Bullock at the premiere for her 2013 comedy The Heat in July.

Red carpet footage of the moment has been posted on the Sydney Daily Telegraph's website. In it Lakmas' hand appears to brush against Bullock's breast as she walked past him.

The shocked star can be heard saying, "Wait, wait, wait. Don't touch my breast."
