Rosamund Pike keen to complete own stunts

Rosamund Pike is determined to carry out all her own stunt work in the future after taking inspiration from her latest co-star Tom Cruise.

The Die Another Day actress gave birth to son Solo in May (12), but she has no plans to ease up on her workload - and even wants more action roles.

She tells Britain's Mail on Sunday, "I'm loving being a mother, but it's not making me think I need time away from acting.

"My most recent film was Jack Reacher, with Tom Cruise, just before I had my baby. He genuinely does his own stunts.

"I want to be the first female actor who does all her own stunts in a movie - he has inspired me."
