New mum Duff assembling care kits for health drive
New mother Hilary Duff has showed off her charitable side by joining a health campaign for babies.
The actress/singer has signed up to be a part of the Johnson's Baby Cares drive, which provides education and financial assistance to new parents and families in need.
In her new role, Duff, who gave birth to her first son Luca on 20
March (12), will help assemble care packages that will be handed
out to parents affected by natural disasters.
She says, "As a new mom, I am inspired by this worthy cause, which
aims to give all moms a chance to not only experience the joy of a
healthy baby, but also an opportunity to be together and have
moments of normalcy during crisis situations. I appreciate the
opportunity to join Johnson's Baby and Save the Children to offer a
helping hand and make a difference."
