McFly's Harry Judd pulls out of stamina challenge
Written by . Published: May 06 2013
Mcfly star Harry Judd pulled out of tackling an assault course in London over the weekend (04-05May13) due to his gruelling tour schedule.
The British drummer had signed up to compete in the Tough Mudder challenge, a 13-mile (20.9-kilometre) obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test strength and stamina.
Judd took to his Twitter.com page to explain his decision to sit
out the race, citing his ongoing tour commitments.
He tweeted, "Unfortunately I've had to pull out of the Tough Mudder
today. In hindsight doing a 12 mile assault course with 25 military
obstacles in the middle of a tour wasn't the best idea."
Judd, who ran the London Marathon last month (Apr13), vowed to
complete the Tough Mudder before the year (13) is up.
