Martina McBride, Gladys Knight and Estelle join forces on new webcast

Country music icon Martina Mcbride, soul legend Gladys Knight, and R&B singer Estelle are among the stars tapped to perform on a new Nashville-based concert series called Skyville Live.

The three female artists will be featured on the inaugural episode of the webseries, which will air live from Nashville, Tennessee on 14 January (15).

The series will be aired once a month from the country music Mecca, and each episode will pair two iconic artists with an emerging singer in an intimate performance before an audience of around 100 fans.

McBride, Knight and Estelle will each sing their own biggest hits, then collaborate on a few other tracks, and fans watching online will be able to ask the stars questions as the live concert goes on.

Other artists slated to appear on Skyville Live include Kenny Chesney, Merle Haggard and Meghan Trainor, and Kris Kristofferson, Lady Antebellum, and Trey Songz.
