Lindsay Lohan joins Shia LaBeouf in 'I'm not famous' protest
Lindsay Lohan has mimicked Shia LaBeouf's paper bag stunt, insisting her status as a tabloid starlet is now null and void.
Back in 2014, controversial Transformers actor Shia declared he was no longer a celebrity by wearing a paper bag on his head with the words 'I am not famous anymore' inscribed onto it while walking the red carpet premiere of his movie Nymphomaniac, Volume I at the Berlin Film Festival.
And it seems Lindsay has taken a page from his book, as she shared
a photo of herself on Instagram Thursday (24Mar16) with the exact
same getup on her dome, writing in the caption: "I'm not cool
enough for LA. #tmp =toomanypawns #tmz =toomuchzealousness".
Lindsay relocated from Los Angeles, California to London, England
in 2014 after years of getting into trouble in the United States.
She was arrested many times, visited rehab on several occasions and
was finally released from probation last May (15) - marking this
the first time the Mean Girls star was not under court supervised
probation in eight years.
Lindsay has not found herself in conflict with the law and has
spent a relatively quiet few years since moving to London, and it's
claimed she'd like to keep life peaceful.
The 29-year-old actress struck up a romance with Russian business
mogul Egor Tarabasov seven months ago and earlier this week she
told fans on Instagram they have decided to live together.
"Moving in and "How To Get Your Man To Help" #HTGYMTH 1. Organising
Hangers : A happy closet is a happy mind (sic)," she wrote on
Tuesday (22Mar16) in a caption attached to an image of Egor packing
boxes.
A recent report suggests Lindsay wants to relax and stay out of the
spotlight moving forward.
"She's not partying as much like she used to," a source told People
magazine. "She's doing really well and she is taking cooking
classes with some girlfriends ... She has been happy staying out of
the public eye. She likes staying in and flying under the radar and
staying out of trouble."
