Leonardo DiCaprio fighting for the rights to Bruce Springsteen memoir - report
Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly fighting for the rights to Bruce Springsteen's new memoir.
The Boss recently released his acclaimed autobiography, Born To Run, giving fans rare insights to his lyrics and his life, and Oscar winner Leo is keen to take the story to the big screen, according to Life & Style magazine.
A source tells the publication, "He just went crazy for the
material."
DiCaprio has reportedly offered Bruce's team $10 million for the
film rights, even though the singer/songwriter has always made it
clear he would never allow his life story to become a movie.
The insider tells Life & Style, Leo has even reached out to Bruce
directly with a view to changing his mind about the project.
Springsteen is reportedly considering the offer.
