Leona Lewis signs new record deal with Def Jam - report
Written by . Published: April 18 2015
British pop star Leona Lewis has bounced back from a career slump to reportedly sign a new record deal with prestigious label Def Jam.
The Bleeding Love star posted a candid letter online in September (14) describing her depression after parting ways with Sony Records after seven years on the books.
Lewis vowed to continue with her singing career, and she now
appears to be set for a major comeback after reportedly signing a
lucrative deal with Def Jam Recordings, joining labelmates
including Iggy Azalea and Kanye West.
The news has yet to be officially confirmed, but Lewis has hinted
at the deal by posting a picture of herself wearing a Def Jam
jacket on her Twitter.com page.
