Lady Gaga enraged by second leaked song

Lady Gaga has called on fans to help track down those responsible for leaking a snippet of her highly-anticipated new single Applause by reporting any information about the crime to her label bosses.

The pop superstar is due to release the song on 19 August (13), six days before she will perform it for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn, New York (25Aug13), but her efforts to keep the tune a secret until the big reveal suffered a setback on Saturday (10Aug13) when an audio clip of Applause emerged online without her permission.

The incident took place just days after an unfinished demo version of another new song, titled Burqa, surfaced on the Internet earlier this week (begs05Aug13), and Gaga took to her Twitter.com blog this weekend to make her disapproval known.

She wrote, "Lord, in HEAVEN WHY... YOU JUST COULDNT (sic) WAIT THIS IS TOO MUCH FOR ONE SATURDAY..."

She then assured devotees that her technical experts were "on the case" to find the culprit, and shared information on how fans could report piracy to executives at Universal Music Group.

Gaga later reached out to Katy Perry after her previously-unheard single, Roar, also leaked online ahead of its official release, tweeting, "Wanna grab some shovels and f**k up some hackers? @katyperry".
