Kylie Jenner splashes $5 million on plot of land
Kylie Jenner has reportedly bought a plot of land next to her California mansion for $5 million .
The reality TV star, who is thought to be expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott, has allegedly paid the hefty sum in cash for 1.5 acres of land adjacent to her Hidden Hills home, meaning she will have 3 acres worth of land in total.
According to TMZ.com, Kylie is planning to use the extra space to turn it into a garden or a horses stables as there are nearby horse riding trails.
The 20-year-old bought the mansion in 2016 for $12 million , and the 13,000 square foot property boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a gigantic pool and outdoor living space. The house was the fourth purchase Kylie made within a few years but she is said to be making it her permanent residence.
It was reported in September (17) that Kylie is pregnant with her first child, rumored to be a girl, and is due to give birth in February. Neither Kylie or her family have confirmed the news, although a representative for her father Caitlyn Jenner seemed to confirm by saying she was told "some time ago".
However, Kylie's half-sister Kim Kardashian took to Twitter to insist Caitlyn hadn't spoken to anybody.
"The media is super shady for posting fake quotes from Caitlyn when she hasn't spoke (sic) to anyone," she wrote.
Kim has confirmed that she is expecting her third child with husband Kanye West via a surrogate, who is due to give birth around the same time as Kylie. It is also thought that Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her first child, but this has also not been confirmed.
