Kim Kardashian is set to shock fans with the publication of CR Fashion Book, in which she poses provocatively and pregnant for style mogul and photographer Karl Lagerfeld.

The socialite, who became a mom in June (13), agreed to the top secret session, which was set up by her boyfriend Kanye West's pal Carine Roitfeld, while she was still with child.

The snaps feature in a range of odd outfits, wearing a black veil and sporting a smeared blood-like liquid around her mouth, while for the close-up cover shot she appears in a mist of smoke.
