Kanye West trolled with questions after privacy plea
Kanye West has been besieged by fans online after he ordered his followers to leave him alone so he can work on his new album.
The rapper took to Twitter.com on Sunday (13Dec15) to post a plea for privacy, ordering fans not to ask him any more questions until he finishes his new record SWISH.
"No offense to anyone... I'm asking everyone don't ask me for
anything till after I'm finished with my album," he tweeted.
However, the stunt backfired and Kanye's page has since been
swamped with questions from fans, who have been trolling his page
with mundane requests including, "Could I borrow a pen?"
Other messages posted on his page include requests for glasses of
milk, groceries from the supermarket, coffee orders, pizza
deliveries and hugs.
The rapper is particularly busy in the run-up to Christmas
(25Dec15) as his wife, Kim Kardashian, gave birth to the couple's
second child, a son named Saint, on 5 December (15), and they are
also overseeing renovations on their home in California.
Earlier this year (15), Kanye's fans created an online petition
urging President Barack Obama to order the rapper to release the
album early.
Within hours of its creation, the petition had garnered more than
100,000 signatures, the amount required for the Obama
administration to respond, but it was later removed from the
Government's We the People website by moderators for violating the
terms of participation.
SWISH will be the follow-up to Kanye's 2013 record Yeezus.
