Justin Bieber vows to cut down on tattoos

Justin Bieber has promised to scale back on his body art after completing a full-sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

The Baby star has been expanding his inkings over the last year and now boasts a huge collection including an image by street artist Banksy, a crown on his chest, and his slogan 'Believe' on his arm.

Bieber has been showing off snaps of his latest tattoo, a complete covering of his right forearm, on his Instagram.com page, and it includes a cartoon ghost from the Super Mario Bros. video game franchise and images in a graffiti style.

However, he has promised fans he won't be getting any more tattoos for a while, writing in a caption on Instagram, "Done with tats (tattoos) 4 (for) a while... Where I wanna be..."
