Justin Bieber pays bill and sells home to Khloe Kardashian

Justin Bieber has finalised the sale of his California home to Khloe Kardashian after agreeing to pay an outstanding repairs bill.

The sale of the Calabasas mansion stalled earlier this month (Mar14) when executives of a construction company claimed the Baby hitmaker still owed them money for repairs they carried out on the property.

Kardashian has now completed the purchase, which was logged with the Los Angeles County registrar's office on Thursday (27Mar14), after Bieber settled a lien of more than $29,200.

Bieber relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in January (14) after a number of run-ins with his neighbours in the gated California community.
