Justin Bieber ordered to sit for another deposition in paparazzi assault case
Justin Bieber has been ordered to sit for another round of deposition questions as part of an assault lawsuit filed against the superstar by a photographer in Miami, Florida.
Snapper Jeffrey Binion is seeking damages from the Baby hitmaker amid allegations he was choked by the singer's bodyguard, Hugh Hesney, and forced to delete images he had taken after Bieber took issue with being photographed outside a recording studio last summer (13).
The 20 year old sat for a four-and-a-half-hour deposition about the
incident in March (14), but video footage which later emerged
online showed the pop star behaving badly throughout the meeting,
refusing to answer questions relating to his on/off girlfriend
Selena Gomez and even appearing to storm out of the session.
Binion's lawyer filed a court motion a week after the disastrous
deposition, asking a judge to force Bieber to return to Miami to
continue his testimony, and now the request has been granted.
According to TMZ.com, the pop star will have to answer all
questions relating to the paparazzi and his relationship with
Gomez, who had been present during other altercations between
Bieber and the photographers who follow his every move.
A date for the new deposition has yet to be set.
