Johnny Depp's daughter joins LGBT campaign
Johnny Depp's 16-year-old daughter Lily-Rose Depp has joined a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) campaign.
The young model is backing the Self Evident Project, an online photographic record of LGBT Americans, and the campaign's founder iO Tillett Wright praised her for being open about her own sexuality.
He writes on Instagram.com,"I'm so proud of my baby girl
@lilyrose_depp. She decided she wanted to be in @selfevidentproject
because she falls somewhere on the vast spectrum, and I couldn't be
happier to welcome her to the family. She's a tiny gem of a good
human."
Lily-Rose also shared a picture of herself hugging Wright as they
both wear the project's T-shirts, which are emblazoned with the
message: "We Are You".
She is the daughter of Depp and French actress/singer Vanessa
Paradis. Her parents, who also have a son, split in 2012 after 14
years together.
