Jessie J turned down movie role

British pop star Jessie J turned down a role in a major movie due to her hectic schedule.

The Price Tag singer is keen to launch herself as an actress and she was offered a part in One Chance, the 2013 comedy based on the life of Britain's Got Talent winner Paul Potts, playing James Corden's onscreen wife.

However, the star had to reject the job because she was too busy.

She tells Britain's The Sun, "I was given the part in One Chance as James' wife but I had to turn it down because of my schedule. I'll hopefully be in my first film soon. I can act. I did it before I ever sang."
