Actor James Mcavoy has urged his fellow Scots to treat the country's independence referendum defeat as a victory and work towards making his homeland great.
The Glaswegian Wanted star is thrilled so many Scots got behind the campaign to break away from the United Kingdom, even though they fell short by 18 per cent.
Now, the actor hopes those who campaigned hard for independence will get to work.
He tells WENN, "It's better than what we had before. It's a step.We have to move forward now with positivity as if we've won something, because we have actually still won something. We need to stop campaigning and start working."
