Iggy Azalea's fancy new pad is Selena Gomez's former home

Rapper Iggy Azalea and her boyfriend Nick Young have reportedly bought Selena Gomez's former home in Tarzana, California.

The 24-year-old Australian and Los Angeles Lakers star Young paid $3.5 million for the house, according to Variety.

Gomez bought the property in July, 2011 and moved out after a huge renovation in May, 2014.

She has since moved into a gated community in Calabasas, California, where her on/off boyfriend Justin Bieber used to live.

The six bedroom mansion features a swimming pool and spa, a sports court and a guesthouse.
