Godzilla leads 2014 movie mistakes
Hit monster movie Godzilla has been named the most mistake-laden film of the year (14) so far.
The sci-fi favorite, starring Bryan Cranston and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, is currently riding high on both sides of the Atlantic after racking up combined opening weekend sales of more than $100 million.
However, it is also on course to set another record for 2014 after
eagle-eyed cinema-goers noticed a string of errors since the film
was released.
Godzilla has shot straight to the top of a 'list of shame' on
Moviemistakes.com with nine howling errors, including gaps between
a character's airtight radiation mask and his face, a huge
explosion with a tiny shockwave, and a whispered conversation in a
noisy helicopter.
Second on the list is Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which
has eight errors including a shield with three bullet holes when
only two shots are fired, and a stationary car changing direction
between shots.
The Monuments Men, Robocop, and Need for Speed all tie for third
place, with five mistakes each.
