Gigi Hadid's father sues over stolen photographs
The father of Gigi and Bella Hadid is suing a former employee for allegedly stealing a number of personal belongings, including photographs of his model daughters.
Real estate developer Mohamed Hadid filed a lawsuit on Tuesday (15Dec15) accusing the former worker of stealing more than 2,200 family photos, including snaps taken when Gigi and Bella, now aged 20 and 19 respectively, were minors.
The employee, who worked in Mohamed's home between 2010 and 2013,
also took business, personal and medical records, and photographs
taken of celebrities including Michael Jackson and of parties
thrown in the house.
Hadid wants the belongings returned and damages to cover any
profits the ex-worker may have made from selling the private items,
according to the lawsuit obtained by People.com.
Hadid was married to the models' mother Yolanda Foster between 1994
and 2000. She is currently in the middle of a divorce from her
second husband, musician/producer David Foster.
