Frances Bean Cobain's ex demands $25,000-a-month support - report
Rock heiress Frances Bean Cobain's estranged husband Isaiah Silva is reportedly demanding $25,000-a-month in spousal support.
Frances, 24, the daughter of the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole musician Courtney Love, filed for divorce from Isaiah in March (16) after a two year marriage.
According to editors at TMZ.com, court documents show Isaiah, 31,
is demanding at least $25,000-a-month from the star as he alleges
she agreed to help him financially throughout their union.
He reportedly claims he quit his job when the couple wed, as
Frances made financial commitments to him including monthly
expenses, school fees for his daughter from a previous
relationship, and housing costs.
The court documents allege that Frances is worth more than $100
million due to her father's estate. Isaiah is also said to be
demanding half of the money she earned through her business
dealings during their marriage.
Frances' original divorce filing sought to establish that the money
from her father's estate is her's alone, but indicated a
willingness to pay an unspecified amount in spousal support.
Isaiah's filing apparently suggests that the couple did not have a
prenuptial agreement in place when they wed.
