Elizabeth Olsen fills her wardrobe with stylish sisters' designs
Actress Elizabeth Olsen never has to fret about red carpet fashion, because she can always turn to her stylish sisters.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron star has become one of the red carpet elite in recent years, which is not too surprising considering she's designer twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's younger sister, and she admits there's always a package of their new clothes on her doorstep.
"I just got a shipment," she tells PeopleStyle.com. "It's really
great; I feel very lucky. They're amazing and so comfortable and
really cool."
Elizabeth is clearly very proud of her sisters, who are among the
nominees at the 2016 Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA)
Awards on Monday night (06Jun16) - for the fifth time.
"They're nominated for two CFDA awards this year for accessory and
for designer and so it's really exciting," she gushes.
But the fashion gene hasn't been passed on by her sisters -
Elizabeth, who joined the twins at the CFDA Awards, still needs a
good stylist to help her look red carpet ready at premieres,
parties and awards shows - and she likes to keep it simple.
"I wish I knew more about silhouettes! I don't," she explains. "I
like black and white and navy."
And the actress is not even a big fan of fashion, recently
complaining to Allure magazine that the pressure to look glamorous
at all times can get a little tiring - and the clothes she's
expected to squeeze into are sometimes a tough fit.
"The clothes we're expected to fit into aren't sizes; they're
samples," she told the publication. "They're not made for chicks
with boobs, so I'm very self-conscious about having them."
The three Olsens rocked the CDFA Awards red carpet at the
Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City in stylish black.
The early CFDA Awards winners were:
Accessories Designer of the Year: Floriana Gavriel and Rachel

Menswear Designer of the Year: Thom Browne

Andrew
