Eddie Redmayne struggles with style

Eddie Redmayne relies on his girlfriend to help him pick stylish outfits because he is color blind.

The British actor, who plays Marius in hit movie musical Les Miserables, has been hailed as one of Hollywood's best-dressed male stars, but he insists it is his partner, Hannah Bagshawe, who makes sure his clothes are co-ordinated.

He tells People.com, "I'm color blind. I'm confused with colors. When I go out to premieres and events, I have to check with my girlfriend that the trousers match the top.

"I recently wore a blue suit - and I had to ask her if it was really blue rather than purple. She assured me it was blue. I could not tell the difference. I'm lucky to be with someone who is very supportive."

Eddie Redmayne has been dating the public relations worker for about a year.
