Drake Bell suffers career-threatening wrist injury

Singer/actor Drake Bell has been told by doctors he may never play guitar again after shattering his wrist.

The former Nickelodeon star took to Twitter.com to share the news with fans, posting a photo of a large vertical scar on his arm, and revealing the injury could threaten his music career.

He writes, "Doctors say I'll never play guitar again... It's over... Shattered my wrist and the way it was broken, doc says I'll never play guitar and my wrist will never be the same. Goodbye my best friend (guitar)."

However, Bell is determined to stay positive despite the setback, adding, "No matter how life treats you always stay positive and spread love."
