Chris Brown wins judgment against stalker
Chris Brown's alleged stalker has been ordered by a judge to stay away from the star for five years.
The Loyal singer, 27, requested the restraining order after Danielle Patti turned up uninvited several times at his California home.
She was arrested at his home in December last year (15) and again
in April (16).
Patti is currently being held in a mental institution, having been
placed there when she was last arrested at Brown's property.
According to TMZ.com, a California judge ruled that Patti must stay
away from the R&B superstar's home and shows for 5 years.
She was previously granted her own temporary protection order
against Brown in March (16), after claiming he had threatened her
on social media.
A judge decided against making the order permanent because she
failed to show evidence to substantiate her allegations.
